Mat McGrath

Managing Director & Occupational Therapist

Mat is a skilled Occupational Therapist who specialises in supporting children, teens, and adults with mental health challenges. He is especially passionate about focusing on the health and well-being of First Nation people.

With extensive NDIS experience across Victoria, Northern Territory, and Central Australia, Mat delivers evidence-based care to those who face additional barriers to accessing quality services. Mat is known for his friendly, positive and relaxed manner. His personable and down-to-earth approach builds strong, lasting connections with everyone he works with - from participants, to families and support teams!

Mat’s experience working in the Northern Territory means he is excellent at adapting to all sorts of conditions, environments and the unexpected. He creates safe spaces for participants to freely explore their abilities, and brings a practical approach for improvements in their daily lives.

A highly skilled communicator, Mat excels in providing tailored and meaningful support. With a focus on holistic and sustainable care, Mat builds therapeutic relationships that continue to empower people and progress.

Isabelle Dix

Therapy Assistant

Isabelle Dix is a dedicated Therapy Assistant at Find Your Way Therapy Services, supporting our clients in Geelong and Colac. Growing up in Port Fairy, Isabelle's journey into occupational therapy was driven by her excitement for the field's potential to positively impact diverse populations. Currently studying at Deakin University, she brings a fresh perspective and enthusiasm to our team.

Her studies have continually inspired her with the wide scope of roles occupational therapists can fulfill. Working closely with the team, Isabelle is gaining invaluable first-hand experience in delivering comprehensive and individualised support.

In her personal time, Isabelle enjoys relaxing with a good book and find comfort in spending quality time with friends and family.

Rachael Brodie

Head of Strategy & Other Important Stuff

Rachael is a communication guru who helps bring big-picture thinking and a sharp eye for strategy to Find Your Way. With a background in commerce, marketing, and communications, she ensures we have the tools and resources to operate smoothly.

With experience across public, private, and not-for-profit sectors, Rachael is skilled in community engagement, strategic planning, and business development, making sure Find Your Way stays ahead of the curve.

On weekends, you can find Rachael enjoying slow mornings with coffee and a good book before catching up with friends.

Rusty

Chief Morale Officer

Rusty may not be a full-time team member, (in fact he hardly ever turns up), but his impact on team spirit is undeniable. Loyal, loveable, and yet to complete a single billable hour, he’s always ready to boost morale with a well-timed tail wag.

While he’s not much help with paperwork, he excels at creating a supportive, feel-good workplace—and that’s what we’re all about.
